Each line of embroidery is $7.50 per line up to
26 characters including punctuation and spacing. Special characters, left
and right bracket cannot be used.
Embroidery for throws not currently set up on the
product page may be entered into the comment box on the second page of the order
form in the checkout cart. The embroidery fee will be added to your order, or
you may place your order by phone. For special requests please call

In 1869 John Purdue founded Purdue University as an agricultural and mechanic arts school with 6teachers and just 39 students. Today the campus, located in West Lafayette, Indiana has several branch campuses all over Indiana with over 40,000 students enrolled at its main campus. In 1891, Purdue gained its famous mascot name the Boilermakers by a reporter who referred to the football team as the Boilermakers white writing about the 44-0 win against Wabash College. Purdue has two mascots, one being a Boilermaker, which is a train locomotive and the other is Purdue Pete, a figure adopted in 1940, which is an actual man-faced mascot that energizes the crowds at all the Purdue games. In 1869, Purdue became a member of the Big Ten as has continued to make history every since both academically and athletically.
